Nicolai is a devoted hotelier with extensive international experience in global brands. He excels in optimizing revenues across Asia, Europe, CIS, Turkey, and the Middle East. Nicolai specializes in property development and asset management of key hotel assets globally. At PAJAMA HOTEL, he leads the development of transformative, lucrative investment strategies through strategic leasing and asset acquisition, driving exceptional growth and success for the company.

Luca Di Stefano

Luca Di Stefano is an experienced board member and investor with a background in media and IT. He has held roles as CEO and board member of several growth companies since 2017. Notably, Luca was the owner and CEO of Brandson AB, a digital marketing agency acquired by Defsio. With a track record of managing 12 successful turnaround cases, Luca also serves on the boards of companies listed on the Stockholm Nasdaq. He currently oversees the unlisted portfolio of a Swedish investment company.

With experience in closing and opening hotels, he has worked in international hotels and independent investment properties in Italy and Croatia as an interim manager.
